Order Processing & Dispatch
At Sleepdip Capsules, we understand the importance of your wellness routine. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and the registered mobile number to monitor your shipment's journey.
Domestic Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India. For metropolitan cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad), the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. For other regions, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to local courier delays or unforeseen environmental conditions.
Shipping Charges & Payment
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee may apply, which will be calculated at checkout. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST as per Indian regulations.
Non-Delivery & Attempted Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. We recommend providing a complete address with a landmarks to ensure smooth delivery for our corporate clients.
